Does anyone have a favorite type of work-out they really like to do? Or do you just wing-it and do what you feel like whenever you work-out?
I love yoga! I also really love squats and ab workouts.
Insanity is my favorite workout after a night out. It takes some serious motivation to get yourself into it, but when it’s over, your hangover will be gone guaranteed.
I love yoga and although I don’t do it as often as I want to, I still take some time out of the week to do a work-out. I also love Zumba! I feel energize and stress free after I finish any workout.
I’m a fan of the arc trainer and I love most weightlifting machines. I usually do cardio on the arc trainer and then alternate between abs and legs and arms on the machine.
Being born and raised in Southern California, yoga and surfing were definitely my favorite workouts. Though now that I live in Boston, running around the Commons and by the Charles river has been my new daily workout.
I recently started doing more lifting/strength training and less cardio, but I also love doing yoga cause it’s so relaxing. Soccer will always be my favorite form of exercise though.
I think for me, Insanity has been the most effective workout! It gives me a ton of energy.
I really enjoy high intensity interval (HIIT) workouts! They are fun and burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time.
